Guardians of The Lambsfoot!

I decided to call in for another, on the way back to my hotel πŸ˜‰

I wish you an easy stress-free journey home tomorrow. I have enjoyed the pictures on your trip and hope to see a few more on the way home!

Sounds like your weekend was basically an expensive bust. Post-COVID, it seems standards have dropped a lot pretty much everywhere. I'm getting ready to take a trip but, I am in charge of most of my journey; traveling by car and camping mostly, so if the meals are bland, the coffee and tea are weak or burned, or worse, I won't have anyone to blame but myself! 😲

While not a fan of the coffee chain places (not just Starbucks) generally, they do provide a consistently good cup of coffee except in very rare cases.

Recently, I stopped in a random gas station in Harriman, Tennessee to use the restroom and get a cup of coffee. The sign on the door advertised "Green Mountain Coffee". Never heard of it. Figured it was the house brand. It was noon and there was one cup in the bottom of the pot sitting on the burner. I figured it was past its "sell by". As I was pouring, the woman called out and asked if there was enough coffee. I said I was taking the last cup. She came over and started making a new pot and told me to take the cup and have a nice day :)
It turned out to be an excellent cup of coffee. Not burned, not bitter, very nice flavor

Was at the market on Friday morning and one of the butchers there was hanging these just made snags up, on enquiring found out they were fennel and pork. Decided to give them a try, will be purchasing again, very tasty. With a Walnut lamb to add some more flavour. .

Jack we went into Austin to look at a piece of furniture the wife found on Facebook. Unknown seller. β€œTrust but verify” came to mind…

Thank you very much Sid πŸ™‚ I have only posted photos taken with my phone so far, but brought 2 different cameras with me πŸ˜‰πŸ‘

It was Sid, I have not enjoyed my hotel, nor the food I've had, and the weekend has cost me more than my all-inclusive week in Bularia a few months back πŸ€”

Evening Guardians! Still lollygagging around with OMJ. Jack sorry some parts of your trip didn't turn out as planned. Got an idea Tool Man will be spinning yarns for a while. 😁 Bid you fair winds and following seas on your trip home. Dwight seems Charlie Lamb has grown considerably.🀠
