That's what I tell my kids; A, B, and C, Bob!I would name my knives, but I have a very poor memory, when trying to remember them.
Getting ready for a secondary bevel, which seems to help it retain its edge.
I hope everyone has a good labor day....sorry if you have to work.

Fantastic way to live JackA nice meal tonight.
Home killed corned beef, with carrots and collards from the garden and Hannah’s sour dough. Ran out of our own spuds so they’re store bought. Nearly time to plant next seasons.

Thanks a lot pal, hope you're doing OKJack, that Lambsfoot's wooden Handles is stunning! Great looking Knife
That's irritating Dan, I appreciate your efforts my friendMorning folks
I don't like what I think may be some software changes to the forum as in when you link or share a thread it now displays almost the whole first post of such thread with pictures and everything cluttering things up.
I edited my previous post and embebed the thread link inside a word
Anyways, what is for breakfast ?

I wish we still lived in a time when even the aesthetics of a manhole cover was a considerationThanks for the kind comments on my photo of LamBarJack on the manhole cover. I had my rosewood HHB with me in Cedarville last week, and saw plenty of those Neenah Foundry covers, but the photo was actually taken in Cedarville a couple of summers ago. It was soon after I had driven past East Jordan, MI the original base of East Jordan Iron Works (now an international conglomerate simply called EJ). Most of the manhole covers, storm sewer curb drains, fire hydrants, etc. where I'm from are from East Jordan Iron Works. I wondered why Cedarville manhole covers didn't come from EJIW, since the distance from East Jordan to Cedarville is less than 110 mi, while the distance from Neenah, WI to Cedarville is just over 300 mi. But then I remembered that the Mackinac Bridge connecting Michigan's 2 peninsulas opened in 1957, and if Cedarville put in their sewer system prior to that date, a shipment from East Jordan to Cedarville would have required a ferry trip across the Straits of Mackinac, which may have made the totally overland route from Neenah a cheaper alternative.
I better keep an eye on that Gary!Jack, in that photo it looks like the flames of Dante's Inferno are raging near the butt of your GL-24!!
We got some nice wood for those
An apple a day will help the patina stay!
Hope you're having a good one Steve, that's certainly fruitful workHappy Labor Day Guardians !
Twisted Lamb today. I spent some time yesterday and rounded the edges of the handle. It shows the layers of micarta better as well as being more comfortable in hand

Sorry that you couldn't get to the parade David, but I hope you're having a nice dayMorning Guardians! Lots of nice Lambs out there today. Hope everyone is having a good day. Cooler and nice weather here today. Would have liked to go to the Labor Day parade and talked with old friends. Since I'm on a big dose of diaretic that's a no go.
