Guardians of The Lambsfoot!

Sorry that you couldn't get to the parade David, but I hope you're having a nice day :)

It's rained quite a bit here today, and I have had quite a busy day, which hasn't stopped yet. However, I did get a late Vietnamese lunch, with some delicious pho, and was able to catch up with a friend over coffee :) Back to work I'm afraid! 😫 ;)
Thank you my friend. Try not to work to hard pal. 👍🤠
Was really cold here yesterday, thought i was done with soup leading into Spring, obviously not. Last nights tea. .

I think perhaps a Lambsfoot worthy of a Guardian? :):) I hope you agree :) 4" closed Lambsfoot dressed in Rams Horn... Damasteel blade and shield

LOL! :D Great-looking Cosimo Pete :)

Once in a while, in memory of Harvey's photos, you should post it with some delicious bakery goods.
Excellent idea GT!
Love the overlay of leaves and your burl.
Thank you Bob.
Great shot buddy
Thank you Steve.
Happy Labor Day Guardians !

Twisted Lamb today. I spent some time yesterday and rounded the edges of the handle. It shows the layers of micarta better as well as being more comfortable in hand 👍

That is gorgeous linen micarta.
Hope everyone had a great weekend and those who have the holiday today are enjoying it. Spent time this weekend making things for an upcoming market in addition to celebrating our anniversary. GL-24 has been a faithful companion through it all.

Happy anniversary Jeremy. :)

Had these two in my pocket yesterday. Double lamb day is rare for me (usually, if I'm carrying two knives, they're two different blade shapes), but I was stuck. I'm nowhere near ready to stop using the GL-24 as my main EDC, and I almost always carry the HHB on Sundays. So, double lamb day it was.

The only problem was when my wife said to me at a picnic, "I need whichever knife you have that's best for cutting up a peach". They're both lambs, they're both sharp, they're both good slicers! What to do?

Well, the GL-24 won (it's stainless and I knew it would be a while before I could properly wipe it off so maybe that's a slight advantage?). But it was close there for a second! Whew!

This photo is a re-creation (forgot to take a picture yesterday) but it's still pretty accurate. These are the actual knives from the story above!

Love that pic! Think you’ll ever use either of those newer two knives to the point that they look like the older one? 😲

Give me a couple of lifetimes and I reckon I could!
I’ve often wondered what stories that knife could tell. I sharpen knives probably too often and you can barely tell. That old girl has had a proper working life!
