Guardians of The Lambsfoot!

Have a good evening all...
Lovely 🐑 The Farmall brings back lots of memories 👍🤠
Had these two in my pocket yesterday. Double lamb day is rare for me (usually, if I'm carrying two knives, they're two different blade shapes), but I was stuck. I'm nowhere near ready to stop using the GL-24 as my main EDC, and I almost always carry the HHB on Sundays. So, double lamb day it was.

The only problem was when my wife said to me at a picnic, "I need whichever knife you have that's best for cutting up a peach". They're both lambs, they're both sharp, they're both good slicers! What to do?

Well, the GL-24 won (it's stainless and I knew it would be a while before I could properly wipe it off so maybe that's a slight advantage?). But it was close there for a second! Whew!

This photo is a re-creation (forgot to take a picture yesterday) but it's still pretty accurate. These are the actual knives from the story above!

What a story Tyson, nice to hear it's peach season again :) Great story and photo
Brian today
Afternoon all

Cool pics Mitch, Brian is looking good :)

Good morning Guardians, I hope everyone is doing well. I haven't seen my mate Wolfie in a couple of weeks, as he's been away in Sicily, but he's coming round today, to help me with a repair. Be nice to catch up with him :) Inspired by Charlie, I'm carrying my Charlie Lamb in Ebony, gifted to me by the great man himself :) Have a great day Guardians

Hope you had a good round Bill, nice pocket choice there :)
Such a classic Jack.😎
Thanks Bob, I passed my Charlie Lamb to Wolfie a couple of times to open a box, a packet of biscuits, and to cut the tag off a Boonie Hat I'd got him. He asked, "Is this for me?"! Sorry Wolfie! :D
Two beautiful pics there Bob :) You are lucky to have found such a lovely spot :)
Good to see you here Jack, nice Lamb buddy :)
Such a classic ! Have a good day with your mate !
Thanks Steve, Wolfie was a big help, and then we had coffee and 'Hob-Nobs', and a good natter. I'd got some birthday presents for his missus, a vegetarian lasagne for his daughter, thyat I'd bought by mistake, and a guitar amp for his lad, but he went off forgetting the amp. I'm hoping he'll come back for it later, as promised, as I already have enough stuff, promised to other people, lying around my house! 😖👍
Don't know what I'd do without one. :)
I can imagine Dwight :) Most of the ones belonging to Sheffield City Council, back in the 70's, were Fords, but we worked on all sorts of old things, even old steamrollers converted to diesel. I forget the manufacturer, but I remember coming across an old tractor, belonging to some Bedouin Arabs, in a field in Lebanon, identical to one I had worked on in Sheffield, a few months earlier :) They used to make things to last
Another great pic buddy :)
Thanks kindly Dwight. Needed a sweater on the beach today.
It's changed fast Bob! Here, the weather has been strange, it was cool enough to wear a jacket before lunch, and now it's positively sweltering! Wolfie told me it was absolutely roasting in Sicily. He is bald as a billiard ball, Irish, and originally ginger, so he could have done with the hat I gave him for going away! :D

I hope everyone is having a good day :) I had a couple of coffees, and a samosa in Charlie's. I am pleased to see that Hisham is back, I don't know if someone had said something, or if he'd noticed standards were slipping, but I'm hoping he's going to be back for the foreseeable future
