Jason Yao just Ruined my whole f****n week

OK I am not standing up for the guy, but it is possible that he hasn't received the knives yet. I ordered a handle block from Its a Burl and it took 35 days for it to arrive. Thing is that before just jumping in and taking his money out of your account he should have contacted you. I contacted Mark after 30 days to see if he could track from his end, but he couldn't so he sent me a new block. When the original came in I contacted him again and am paying for the second block too now. Right now Canada Post is slow, real slow.

yep, guess so. And man, this has been like 6 months to a year ago!!!!! Thats what really gets me!

As far as calling him out, he's been banned from all the forums for this exact kind of stuff
 
You can get ahold of him on facebook. The scumbag tried to scam me a couple months ago and had the nerve to try and add me on facebook not two weeks back. He's active on Jerzee Devil I think... I'm not sure if they've banned him yet. The dude's seriously a lowlife.

Thank you! Another witness that this dude is a total scam artist. I've worked hard to establish my reputation and I can only hope that positive feedback speaks for itself. I am the victim in this situation, and I can only prey that nobody questions my character based on this scam artists doings... I take my reputation on these forums very seriously.
 
Just like everyone else has said, Your money simply has a hold on it now. When you call PayPal, they will not demand the money. They are not a collection agency, they are simply in the business of being the 3rd party to assist in managing monetary transactions.

I said I wasn't saying nothing else, but I am sure glad to see a few others to understand. This is all I was trying to say and this is about as simple as you can get as to my point in my previous post.

Great post buddy and I hope my comments about shipping to Canada and my shipping ONLY to the US wasn't taken wrong.
It's just like so many others have stated that any overseas shipment can become a true PITA!! I will remember what was said about the express shipping. I wasn't aware of that. Now I just might start myself if this is the case, just not to this scum.

I want to wish all interested parties much luck, but just get on the phone ASAP!!

Brad I know for the fact that you are not the first to have trouble with him. The kid's basically a professional scammer. I won't even call him a scam artist because artist implies some class.
 
Sorry hear this bro. Just got off the phone with my CC company and what i was told is that in the user agreement contract that you sign when you get your CC. It states that basically you have 90 days to log a complaint (dispute) for services or goods not renderd.

Common sense tells me that I would not wait 6 months if I thought something was lost or felt that you were trying to scam me.

The CC companys operating proceedure is first they ask you to contact the seller to see if there could be a resolution worked out, if that fails then the CC company would ask you to sign an affidavit stating what your complaint is, then they contact the seller and start an investigation.

When i talked with the dispute resolution guy and said that it has been 6 months from the date of sale he basically just laughed and inquired as to why I would wait so long before trying to start this process. He then went on to say that they would only consider this action with this kind of time delay if you could prove that you were incapacitated for those 6 months. Such as a hosiptal stay or other simular situation.

Take ownership of this problem, if you run and hide, you start to look like you have something to hide.
Good luck, and don't let this POS get away with it, because he could do it to fellow member in the future.
 
With these members coming forward, it looks like you have the ammo to fight this, maybe even have him charged with fraud, and mail fraud through the post master. Sick the authorities on him.
 
It's rare that I speak up in this forum.

BigBrad , you are making a HUGE mistake the longer you wait to call Paypal about this and get the ball rolling on YOUR favor.

As was stated earlier , they are not going to immediatly yoink the money out of your account !

If you lag on this and he gets his way the first person you should blame is you for not taking all the advice given to you and being proactive , go on the offense man.

BigBrad, I am very disappointed that you seem to be so afraid of confronting this issue. The reasons you give for not calling PP are ridiculous. Time and time again we have urged you to call and still you talk as if it is done and you are the victim. At this point, all I can do is hope you smarten up and defend yourself.

Sorry to hear that Brad. It's time to face the music. Fight the battle with full honesty. Call PP and clarify the whole situation.
 
Ive run into this guy a few times at Jerzee. Hes been caught lying multiple times in various threads. There has got to be tons of documened info
on this guys dealings with people. If you can establish he has a history of scamming then it could no doubt be used against him.
You really cant give up now though. I know your probably feeling as low as can get but take a breath, get a good nights sleep, and tackle this
head on tommorrow.

Do you know if this info has been forwarded to a mod at Jerzee? Need to ban that ass before someone Gets screwed. And there is plenty going on there with this guy to merit the ban, ASAP!
