Kershaw Tilt...again.

Since these are finished (assuming so since a few people have them already), what's taking so long to get them shipped to dealers?

Finished? Just because Thomas has given out 3 low serial number knives doesn't mean anything is finished in regards to overall production. I have a low serial number Speedform that I got quite a while before they shipped to dealers.
 
To the best of my Knowledge, Tilts have not shipped to any dealers yet and I have not heard anything about a date. This is not uncommon, I could get an email any day saying Tilts are shipping today, and I am ready!

It seemed like there were more than 3 but I guess i'm wrong. I didn't think they were shipped to dealers yet or anything I just figured they were finished or at least very close to being finished at this point. Hopefully its soon.

Going through KBW (Knife Buying Withdrawl)! Been waiting for the Tilt. Haven't purchased a knife in well over a month :eek: !

Wow! I was doing well with not buying knives for a while. The only two knives i've bought in several months are a small Sebenza Insingo from a friend (had to since he gave me an AWESOME deal) a few weeks ago and an Endura 4 yesterday. Still can't wait for the Tilt. The sebenza has been quenching my Ti framelock craving pretty well. I do think the Tilt will be giving it a serious run for its money though.
 
i hope you dont abandon my sebenza after the tilt comes dude, haha! if i had a tilt, i probably would keep it as a safe queen and just look at it every day. use the seb, keep the Tilt clean and sharp! ;)

Don't worry, the sebenza will see plenty of use! :D Love the knife. The tilt will see some use but not enough to really show it. Don't have enough cash for a second. Haha.
 
Really hoping this releases soon. I need a new flipper and this one will scratch that itch. Plus university is starting next week which means a lot of my funds are going to be tied up, so the sooner the better :P

No kidding! as soon as I'm off to college, the Tilt and 0561 will be my only new knives for a VERY long time. :eek:
