+1 at least I know im not the only one. I was sure I was in on day 1 or 2 of order pre order .I guess that's just the way the cookie crumblesSeems as though a lot of people have gotten their Tilts... Hoping I am coming up on Dave's list as I am feeling a little left out! :grumpy:
What do you mean? How has the consistency been on this run?
Yes & NoAlso, anyone know how many have been shipped so far?
Or the size of the run?
MCM
Thomas, are there parts left over to fix the existing Tilt models? I am pretty neurotic about flipping my knife, probably over 2000 times already. The lock bar has definitely worn a little bit and it locks up a lot later than my other two. It may last for years before I need to send it in, but it will probably have to be sent in eventually.
It averages out to a little under 300 flips a day. That's honestly not that much, IMO. Say you're awake for 12 hours a day, that's only ~25 flicks an hour.
I'm just teasing you...flip away!![]()
Depends CTS, there are not a lot of parts laying around for LE's. If something happens down the road more than likely there wont be parts for it.
Not sure any knife is built for 300 flips a day. Parts is parts, it's gonna wear...
Ditto this question .............Hmm, that sucks. What happens in a situation like that? (where there are no parts to fix a knife)
As I mentioned earlier I really try and stay away from posting anything on Warranty CTS. I trust you understand that each individual warranty situation is unique, I can't say what will happen to any of them with any accuracy.Hmm, that sucks. What happens in a situation like that? Still not sure what you mean.Just that.
Pretty small run...Well, a number would be nice, thanks.
I mentioned earlier that additional parts have been cut. When/if/how many will get put together...no idea.No idea?![]()
Appreciate it. Glad to hear you're happy. :thumbup:BTW, great knife. 1st Kershaw in 10 yrs. Have been at this a while.......
