there is something I want to put right:
1. the knife was not put into sheath, just bubble paper, and the sheath is put aside, not like you said knife in sheath, that is why the knife broke the bubble paper,broke the box and get the tip damaged.
that is what I said unproper package.
I want to ask ,Is it even packed by yourself?
I belive anyone knowing about the value of the knife ,would not packed like that.
suck pointy knife, just bubble paper in paper box, how could you expect it not broke the box out.
and most strange thing, why not use the sheath protect the knife,just put the sheath aside.
If the knife put in sheath, there will not be any issues.
2. there is no repackage. I get it with your package,and I am the only one open it.
the box is broken by the tip of the knife,other part of the box is fine.
by the way,I do have the box photos. will attached below.
3. I contact you first before go to paypal.
the first email you replied, ask me ship it back to you ,and you would send to Crowell and fixed it.
I think it is acceptable.
when I try to send it back, you send me the second email suspecting me about my hoest, asking me contact knifemaker myself.
That is unacceptable for me. So I went paypal protect.
I take hundreds knives here in BF, and deal with several custom knife collector and dealers in US,.
never issued with someone,also never seen someone pack custom knife like this.
and it is the first time I return knife back.
