New GEC #48 with Wharncliffe blade?

Probably around $90 for wood and acrylic, $95ish for bone, and $120 for stag.

Smooth Ivory Bone ==> 85.88
Bocote Wood ==> 83.07

which makes me think along the lines of:
African Blackwood ==> @88
Autumn Gold ==> @89
Stag ==> (who knows, stag premiums are going up...)

Thanks, Mike, I always like to overestimate to avoid disappointment!

It seems like they have really held pricing for the last few years, while Queen had a big jump.
Of course, Queen was vastly underpriced at the time.

Some new pics.

Anyone know if the blackwood is sold out or still available? And will the Northfield's have a different nail nick or a swedge on the blades than the Tidioute? Thanks in advance guys!

^ Me, too.

That's gonna be killer.

That smooth ivory bone is pretty nice looking though. Very minimal with that plain shield.

African, Autumn, Stag will be coming out this week. You haven't missed out, but the African is one of the hotter movers thus you might put your name on one at your favorite dealer.

Those Blackwoods look really fine, sleek is it!

They're going to give the Collab 2013 a run for its money, especially since you can get 6 of the GECs for one Collab:D

I didn't even see this thread and just bought a smooth ivory bone one! Can't wait for it to arrive, my first two blade jack and first warncliffe... To be honest I didn't understand the warncliffe... Did a bit of research and realised just how good it might be! I have high expectations but fortunately those high expectations are rarely left wanting when it comes to GEC knives...

The jigged bone Northfield is taking the place of the Case/Bose collab this year for me. I have too many upcoming expenses to afford the collab, but I am sure the new GEC will be sweet and get a lot of carry. :thumbup:

I hope I'm not too late to get on the list! I think these are going to sell really quickly.

Autumn gold sounds pretty good right now! Yeah, the wharncliffe/improved trapper is taking the place of the wharncliffe trapper from Case for me too :(.

That picture has me seriously reconsidering my reservation made for African Blackwood.
They really nailed the old-timey Rogers bone look on this run.

I agree. Seeing the pics of the jigged bone really makes me want one. I think I want one more than the blackwood at this point. Hmm decisions decisions ...

I hope they make a run of these in 440c, Then they would compete with the Case/Bose colab 1095 just don't perform well enough to compete with the 154cm that they use in the colab.
