Lol! Alan it seems they all turned out very well. I am most impressed with F&F and especially happy that the pull on mine is 5-6. Much lighter than 54s from a few years ago. I'm thrilled to have a useful blade length and style in a full sized grip and the single blade keeps it relatively light. All around; completely please with GEC and DLT.

, nice job capturing the texture and beauty of the burlap micarta.

I agree James. The two I have measure up to all you said below. I prefer single blades for the lightness and slim profile. Just a great job by GEC and DLT on these.

I received my oily creek bone yesterday. I noticed the springs are pretty little on this knife compared to my other #54s from the last run. Has anyone else experienced this, the clip blade has barely any talk.

My trifecta:

Well, I continue to have problems, please bare with me while I figure it out. In the meanwhile the first photo is the one I'm trying to use here.

My two Beaver Tails also have very little talk on closing. I just assumed that the blades were a bit tight to the frame, and would loosen up over time.

Thanks supratentorial. I attempted to edit and embed but it is still vexing me. I'll have to practice on one of the posting help threads I guess.

My Single Blade SFO Snakewood #54 arrived just moments ago. What an aesthetically gorgeous knife, that is not only sharp out of the tube, but perfectly suited to my small hands. Sleek and perfectly fitted with great walk and talk and a mildly robust pull, that is moderated by a long nail nick. Need I say, that I am thrilled! This lovely knife is an instant classic, that will easily find a place in my pocket.
