Nightstalker1975 James Jim Hurrey Scammer

So can the involved parties post nightstalker's name and address? I'm guessing this isn't his first rodeo and not his last.
 
So from here on out I'm done with nightstalker1975. He has made no attempts to explain himself or make the situation better. If his package ever comes in I'm just going to return to sender. I'm done with him. I'm am now just going to follow through with a deal I worked out with undefeatable.

Nightstalker1975 in my books is a scammer.

Just WOW .. People great job for sorting this mess out. It was amazing to hear that the scammer wanted the knife he scammed out someone else back ... because in HIS mind the guy just scammed him ,, LOL freaking priceless . The one and only post he made was a real character building moment for him and didn't do himself any favors by not pleading your case. Scammer guy or whatever your name is. Trust and respect is earned here. I don't care if your a fellow knifemaker or fellow collector if your a cheat and a thief and a pathological liar .. You just don't belong here. Its just the way it is.

I am blocking nightstalker from my email now. I will be conducting my business with Mappetizer. My knife is in USPS's hands and is my issue now that i can deal with.
Thank you everyone for the help, really means a lot to see the community pull together to help us out.
Everyone here (minus nightstalker of course) is good people in my books and deserves thumbs up.
 
Thumbs-up for all the great teamwork displayed in this thread.

nightstalker1975 will someday get what he deserves, but in the meantime rest easy in the knowledge that he is trash and we all know it.
 
I don't know if I want to say he's a scammer, as I have made a successful trade with him in the past, and he was great to deal with.

My last trade, however, was my Ferrum forge fortis a for his chaves 228. His communication was responsive and quick until we both shipped our knives out. It's been over 2 weeks since he's "shipped" the chaves to me, and though he stated twice he would send me the tracking info for the package, he hasnt. He also has not responded to any of my numerous emails in the last week.

Now I'm pretty sure I'm out of a $500+ knife, with no hopes of ever seeing either my fortis, or his chaves.

Someone needs to share this guy's name with us, so we can be aware if he comes back under a different handle.
 
I guess I was holding on to a glimmer of hope that I would get that package because he has traded with me before and everything went fine. I just read through the whole thread though, ando now I'm thinking again.

I have his info if it's ever needed.

And to ooitzoo, you're probably right. He had 2 chaves 228s also. One plain v2, which was supposed to be traded to me, and a purple and green v1.

Whatever the case may be, I hope everyone gets their ordeals resolved and nightstalker gets what he has coming to his scamming a$$
 
OMG. This just keeps getting better and better. You serious Mcbokerson? Somebody get in touch with a PD about this POS Nightstalker. I'm in awe. Never trading here or else where again. Can't believe this. Lol Not funny, but geez.


Anybody else he has traded rescently? If somebody didn't send me tracking for a trade same day I sent mine out I would stop mine in route next day. Ugh. I'm done here. Good luck everybody and sorry this has happened. Sad.
 
There's always gonna be a guy like this on every forum always.....

It's life on the internet.

Trades are a risk that can be minimized, looking at "nighstalkers" profile and activity, I wouldn't trade him a cent for a hundred $ bill....

I am sure a few more people will get added to this list...sadly.

What exactly are we supposed to do about it though? This matter needs to be dealt with the parties involved, we aren't going to get involved until we need to and it's far from time. This is what I've already told the 2 people that have chosen to chime in, nightstalker1975 has an infraction already for ignoring requests to explain himself. Now he is sending threatening messages to one of the guys in this thread. Talk about a stupid move.

My advice is (saddens me to have to write this yet again, but here we go) to complete one deal, before using the item from that deal to start a new one. That is another stupid move. No one gets anything for free here. If you trade a knife, you need to trade, period. If you chose not to deal with someone, then you need to return their property in the same condition in which it was sent to you.

I have a feeling all that info will be posted at the right time....

This can't be the only forum he's pulling this trick on, and there's enough here to warrant his name being locked into Google.
