Sledgeh@mmer - very bad experience

The difference is the 5" heels on his motorcycle boots and a busy career scarfing up jelly donuts.

The wolfmann is right, there are more than 601 reasons for a cop not to get caught with his hand in someone else's cookie jar.

No sympathy for scammers. I sincerely pray he finds a way to make it right. What are the odds?

I hope he does too. I want a pretty overwhelming case though, in case he doesn't.

His time served seem to change as well through each bio. Claimed 20 yrs of service in one, 10 yrs in another.

Impressive given that one of those videos from 2009 he is sitting around playing video games all day long. He must be about all of, I'd guess 24-28 years old at best.

I was watching his videos and thinking the same thing. Way too young to have 10 years of service behind his belt.

Yeah, I'm guessing the '89 in his PP email is his year of birth. Quite the contrast to 41 yrs old he said in his Sledgeh@mmer profile.

Makes sense. Born in 89, his Facebook profile says he graduated high school 2007; makes him 25 or so. He's probably lost count of all his aliases and emails just to steal money. Won't be worth losing his job and having a criminal record...

Wow, this is like 4chan chasing down somebody. Nice work guys.

You know, on other forums where the instances of fraud are kept in better check, this is the treatment all of the scammers get. They have their personal information collated and stickied, and area members try and contact them or local LEO or other agencies (if they work for LEO the will contact their employer - it's not that LEOs are more likely to be frauds, but there is a higher rate of LEO cruising knife and gun forums than the general Internet). Everyone needs to push for results in every instance where somebody gets ripped off - it's the single most effective means of discouraging others from scamming.

I hope this gets resolved and the OP either gets his money or knife back. This scammer is obviously suffering from some sort of personality disorder along with some other mental disorders.

Good luck OP, sad story.
If that video of the "cop" going over the duty belt is valid. He seems like a major tool. I know and have constant contact with a few leos. 4 of which are my neighbors. They are all intelligent, kind and professional family/community oriented folk.
This guy sounds like a 12 year old with dangerous toys.

Hi Guys,
I did not expect this at all ...
Thank you all of you for your support and your time ...
Thanks again :)
Jozef

I'M not buying the LE claim for a second. Anyone can pick up that gear. I work armored truck and have a duty belt similar to that. I've seen plenty of idiots with cop/mil fantasy try and set up gear and act like it's legit. The way the guy talks tells me he's full of crap. Probably lying about the mil thing as well, or some 3 year REMF that never did anything worth talking about. Best thing to do is find someone who was scammed in a trade and has a solid address.

It's possible, like I said committed to the lie, but it's worth checking in case he is.

No, I called him sledge. But that's him with reference to the email address. I was waiting for 2 weeks to have it delivered by UPS but it was around Xmas and with the storms back east I was not concerned. I used goods , with no pictures, how bad could it be on a "lightly used" emerson commander? Since then it was sent to emerson for lock rock and sharpening so it good now but could have been screwed if I had used gift. Live and learn.

Any chance you got the return address from that package (if there was one)?

Thanks sh00ter , I sent you an email with ? . If its easy and proper could you just post it.

I don't care if he is a LEO or Not. I want to get Him once and for all. Someone in law enforcement will want the same. maybe since he portrays himself as a PO it will mean more. To me its not as significant . These aren't victimless crimes. Its that simple. Eventually this kind of crime will need addressing . If you don't pursue it. The problem just finds another victim. He is a scammer and that in itself is illegal without even having a victim. You can't set out to do someone wrong. His intent is Obvious. His actions are evidence.

This is from the strider thread.

Interesting that he has tattoos fully sleeved on his right arm. Most police departments don't allow that.

All I have for now, I'll edit if I find anything else.

Those last to threads I just found and it sounds like we got more victims of this asshole. Might be worth messaging them and getting the details of their deals, and approximate value of what was taken, seems the number is much bigger then just the $220 the OP lost.

All JD accounts from that IP have been banned. Mods here might want to check into it.

The IP's I list link to the JD accounts goes back to Houston, TX.

The IP goes to Richardson, TX and belongs to AT&T.
