I sent this email Subject: Officer Peter / Pedro Velario Chief Kenith Adcox

To whom it may concern. I believe a local police officer from the La Porte
area is online ripping people off. I know for a fact he stole 220 off of a
friend of mine. I don't plan on letting this go. I will do what I have to to
find him and have him arrested. I have proof of his theft and using his position
as a LEO to scam people. He is in need of help. I would just like my friend
Jozef to get back his money and I will drop it. Please help me make this right.

EDIT: In his profile he list himself as 5'11" 160lbs, on YouTube in a vid of his he states he's 6'4" 190lbs... this guy ain't right in the head...

The difference is the 5" heels on his motorcycle boots and a busy career scarfing up jelly donuts.

The wolfmann is right, there are more than 601 reasons for a cop not to get caught with his hand in someone else's cookie jar.

No sympathy for scammers. I sincerely pray he finds a way to make it right. What are the odds?

Ok wow I was just disconnected thought i was going to have to retype my post. Ok so I will need some help.

could someone when you can ( sh00ter) help me by getting all the emails together from the whole thread. Sorry to ask . I'd like to get my ducks lined up. I need to get profiles myself. Some are just SN , he told a lot on the Jerzee side. I have talked to Jozef and he is fine with me helping him take care of this. I take full responsibility;)
All I am going to do is nicely give the information where it will help. nothing is done yet , but its better than doing nothing. I still have to only live once. I've been a hermit.

It's still possible that you guys may be on the wrong path here. I don't think someone who is a scammer would jeopardize his cover by making youtube videos as well, especially if he is supposedly a police officer. I could be wrong though.

Those last to threads I just found and it sounds like we got more victims of this asshole. Might be worth messaging them and getting the details of their deals, and approximate value of what was taken, seems the number is much bigger then just the $220 the OP lost.

He referenced that channel in a post he made on the JD. He has claimed to be a LEO in several of his profile bio's/intro's on both forums. Pretty sure it's the same guy, be willing to bet on it.
 
His time served seem to change as well through each bio. Claimed 20 yrs of service in one, 10 yrs in another.
 
Hmmm, then you're possibly right. If this is the same guy then yes, he is indeed screwed up in the head.
