Actually, I was joking. You people really need to stop taking everything so seriously. Get up and go look outside. You might find something better to do with your existence then sit behind a computer and cry about the evildoers, Mick Strider and Duane Dwyer:thumbup:. And hey, if you don't want to ruin your investment portfolio, don't buy their knives. Geez us:p.
 
It sure does seem that there are a lot of people that when they see something posted that they don't like, start in with the - "You guys must have a lot (copious) amount of time on your hands. Why don't you get a life?" - kind of posts. It really is none of anyone elses business what myself or any of the other people posting on this thread, do with their time.

Widen the search hardheart. I looked at post counts in the GB&U Forum

I did a search on these two guys..

I looked for threads started by each member. In other words threads started to relate actual first hand experience with another member.

One of these guys had ten posts.

Then I looked at post in total. You know expressing your opinions about others that in most cases you have never interacted with, but feel you have something to offer. Because others need to hear your opinion. The same guy maxed out the search results at way over 500 ( unknown actual count) posts. Sort of like a BF TV Evangelist.

Big picture man.... Big picture.
 
how big does the picture get on an internet message board about knives?

You do things your way, and I will do things my way. Your impression of me isn't going to change what I do one little bit. I will continue to go after liars, thieves and scammers whenever I run into them. If that makes me the equivalent of a TV evangelist, then so be it. I can live with that. I won't lose any sleep over what you think of how I post here.

What I do think is important is to know if what P.O.W. Network posted was fact or fiction.

I have no argument. I could give two turds if Mick and Duane lied about whatever. I don't care. It didn't affect my life any. I've owned and used their knives when they were special force operatives, and I'll own and buy their knives when they were just pretending, or acting as special force operatives. Their knives work, and for the money are a good deal. I don't need the endorsement of John Rambo to buy a knife. Obviously some here do. I can use the eyes God gave me to tell if I like a knife or not, and can tell if it will handle abuse or not. I don't need someone to tell me to buy such and such knife because I survived hell and back in the special forces.
 
I currently own 3 Striders. So, are you calling me a tool and a poser or just a sucker?

If you bought a Strider, mass produced, mediocre quality, poorly designed fixed blade for $350+ I would say sucker.

Sounds like you are neither a tool, nor a poser.
 
Hey hotrod, I guess you have an account at the USN. Have you collected enough reputation points with your distractions and word twisting here at bladeforums? What "rank" do you have there? Did your dozens of posts in this thread bring you a promotion yet? Citizen? Accomplice? Expert? Maybe Suspect?
