Bad Survive! Deserves A Permanent Post In The Hall Of Shame

A AbjectTestament

Now that I have answered your question directly and honestly, have you read the link I provided to the Hall of Shame?

If so, what do you think of Elliie's excuses for unfulfilled orders in 2018?

Are you aware that those orders are still not completed, and that the same promises and excuses are still being repeated by Survive now in 2022?

Thanks in advance for your response to my three questions.

I have yes.

I've heard the same excuses this year, including that some of the material wasn't good (I can't remember if it was handles or sheaths, I think the latter). Seems like the same issues have spanned the last 4 years. I pointed this out months and months ago. At one point companies need to stop blaming other providers for a pattern of mistakes and look at themselves.

Not for the first time, yes I'm aware.

Now can you ask me if I think you should buy anything from Survive!?

Great. Then stfu and stop trolling this thread.
You are nothing but a troll.
Will you please stfu! Take your BS somewhere else, troll.
not true. you are a troll AND a liar.
Troll. Obviously, this person is just here to play games and shill. It is totally full of BS and adds ZERO value to the conversation.

Are you okay?

I'm not familiar with DBK. Are they known for deleting comments? What kind of comments are you noticing being deleted?

I posted “Well, DBK just lost all their credibility.”

It was “hearted” by DBK and then later removed.

Scratch that, the comment is still there.

Especially when the head of that so-called company is all over social media braying like a kicked mule about how they "weren't happy with the quality of work" from their subcontractors and so they "went the extra mile" and brought everything in house.

Of course, I don't expect an idiot fraud like Guy to comprehend that he can't brag about how they do everything themselves now in one statement, but then continue to try to lean on the "We're waiting on..." excuse in others.

What are you having problem understanding? When things go right, it's because Guy did it. When things go wrong, one of the partners did it. 🤔

I think you're hitting the nail on the head.

We've discussed this before here. Even when it IS the suppliers fault, or someone else's fault, it's not good business etiquette to blame them. When you constantly run into problems and it's always everyone else's fault you should consider looking in a mirror for the culprit.

True. Depending on if it is a new and/or a hot model, the Friday sales can be tough. It took me a couple tries to get an HDFK that way. I have had 6 CPKs through my hands (still own 4). Four of them were Friday sales (2x Veggie knives, HDFK, & a FK2), one was a pre-order ($250 D3v Kephart! Delivered before the estimated date), and an OG FK bought used).

So even though the Friday sales are a bit tough, I'd say that since some people are waiting 6 years on a knife from survive, chances are much better with a CPK. I think I only had to try a couple times to get that HDFK, so maybe a month or two. That is nothing if we are talking survive wait times! lol

I love CPK HT, in particular their D3V, but I have also been extremely happy with the OG FK in their less but still tweaked 3v. Survive! dropping D3V (without notice to people who paid for it), is a major blemish in my book. D3V is great stuff for a survival type hard use fixed blade. There is no good reason for survive to drop it.

Welcome and good luck with your order. My advice is to cancel it immediately and buy from non-conartist thieves out of principal alone, but if you insist on supporting such people, have a quick trigger on requesting a refund when they don't deliver.

And since you are new here, a bit of forum advice. Don't give this troll the time of day:

New here. Not new to forums. Been participating in one or another for as long as forums existed. Currently a moderator on two different forums, so well acquainted with the various aspects thereof. So you do you. I'll do me.
