Bad Survive! Deserves A Permanent Post In The Hall Of Shame

How does one go about getting a refund from Survive when I can’t seem to get ahold of them? Wish I saw this post 7+ months ago when I ordered something that was “90 days out,” that keeps getting delay after delay. I’m sure it’s been answered how to do the refund but I don’t have the time to read through this many pages at the moment. I’ve been calling and texting every couple days for the past few weeks to inquire on the order and now I see they’ve dropped their latest video explaining this additional delay, and it seems like I won’t be seeing this knife anytime soon.

I suggest you contact one of the fanboys /defenders like Mark4444 Mark4444 regarding your problems.

They will explain that even though SURVIVE! is making you grab your own ankles, that in maybe 3-5+ years your ankles will turn into the finest handled knife mere mortals could ever want, and that you will worship every subcontracted component of said knife, as a true grail knife.

Not buying it. They’ve been in business for how many years, and they don’t know anybody who can correctly heat treat magnacut? That’s giving them the benefit of the doubt that this is actually their (latest) issue. I’m thinking it’s either the result of going with the lowest bidder, or more likely the people who do know what they’re doing don’t want anything to do with Survive.

I hear that.

They are blaming Peter's heat treating and Niagra Crucible metals for not knowing fully how Magnacut needs cooked.

It does give one pause considering the history.

They may have forgotten that they already used the "bad heat" treat excuse last summer when they had warped blades.

Not to worry, they're moments away from finishing their back orders. For real, this time.

Of course the noobs, the defenders, shills, and easy marks will always be there to fill the coffers....
