Bad Survive! Deserves A Permanent Post In The Hall Of Shame

I wonder if they have any inkling of self awareness in realizing that some of us have been reading these same excuses for years now. It's quite literally the same shit, different year.

I think I would die from alcohol poisoning if we turned these phrases into a drinking game:

- "We moved"
- "...Since we took over our own manufacturing" (this one alone would wreck the stoutest binger)
- "To improve production!"
- "things will be better than ever"
- "Surprise delays"
- "Due to Guy's exacting standards...."
- "It's everyone else's fault" (said in 100 different ways)

Wow no internet in Idaho yet they upload videos and updates. They didn't have power, phones, parts, shipping labels, sheaths, heat treat was bad at peter's in ID but it will be good in Penn. They do everything in-house yet they will have lots of new help in Penn but it will always be just the 2 of them. Why do you need more when product rarely gets shipped out. Their production time sucked in Penn. also so I don't know who they think they are fooling. The new update will be XXX was damaged and we have to order a new XXX and then we will be back on track in a few. We will get your knife out soon if you are connected with the company other than that you will have to wait no set time to get your knife.

Guy has found new ready made 3V super steel in the asteroid belt and is building a custom space ship to go get the steel that is just the best because we believe that only the best is good enough for the people. Never mind that 90% of the people don't get product ever and when they demand a refund it will be counted at a completed order. Now to assemble a team of people to mine the ore/steel on Asteroid S.

Update Guy and Elle left earth on Space Ship Conman and will return in 8 years with the steel need to make 100 knives and to the others waiting you will get the best blade possible when we get back from our next trip just hang on a few more years.

Nothing they say ever happens. My guess is that LEOs in ID were sniffing out their scam and they fled to cause a delay in the investigation.
 
To everyone that wants a response from them.
1st it will be a lie and 2nd they have learned that their words have been used in the past to show a pattern of bad behavior. I used their own words before in a complaint and listed out the many times they promised something and then they go back to what they are doing.
They have little intent of fulfilling your order in a time frame that is sane. The only orders in 2016 that is getting fulfilled is the cancellation orders. They are not going to build your blade when they can sell the completed knife as a 2nd or a new knife in 90 days, or ready to ship and you have shown them you are willing to wait 7 years so they don't care if they refund your money too much because at that point they have double your investment. That right your $300 was invested and made $300 in that time now they sold that same knife 2 more times. Reminds me of those that sell the same gold coin 9 times while they tell people it is safe in their vault and not your safe deposit box. The starter or pre-orders are a joke.

If you order from Survive Knives after all the warnings then don't say where is my knife in 90 days or 9 months heck it might take many many years.
They use to say that 2 years was not a long time then it went to 3 years, then 4, 5, 6, now 7 years. Can you believe that they say it will only take 3 to 4 months to get your knife and then turn around and say 7 years for a great knife is not long and then put Randell's Knives out there as a comparison.

Weird that they didn’t announce they were moving until after they moved. I’m sure that was a tactical move on their part to keep the orders rolling in with confidence. Now they drop the information pamphlets which set up the next year of convenient excuses.

Can’t wait to see how the moving company buggered up their machines.

True. Though, I'm not sure moving back to a place you already had to escape once is a great idea. I'd think the cops in Idaho are far more sleepy eyed than the ones here in PA. Here's hoping they catch the fancy of some DA here.

I'm not to proud to admit I got took as well. Ordered and paid 9/22 and still no knife. I owe apologies for drinking the Koolaid.

I'm sorry you're in that predicament, and you don't owe anyone an apology.
Survive! Knives owes you an apology. (and a lot of other people).

Survive! Knives will continue to persist as long as Sleezy McGuy over there can keep spinning a story that unwitting people will believe.

There's a few hardcore fans of the product who will support the company until the day it goes under.
It's sad that they feel like S!K has earned their loyalty, because it's obvious it's unrequited love.

On a related note, this gives them an excuse not to update their progress chart. It's been 3 months since their last update and I'm sure they want you to see how many 100% they've managed to hit.
