Candidly speaking, I wonder if Guy and Ellie realize what they're inadvertently admitting to here.

They're moving somewhere else where "production will improve". If I have to bake a cake in one kitchen, and yet claim that my moving to another kitchen will mean I can bake cakes faster, or make more in less time, it means that I have major assistance.

Hopefully people will put two and two together and friggin' realize that what I've been saying this whole time is true: they aren't making their own damn knives. They are moving so they can be closer to whoever is actually making their pedestrian products to try to shorten shipping times.

Or… if you bake a cake in one kitchen, and move to another kitchen claiming it will improve your production (whatever that means, harder better faster stronger), you could just be a friggin idiot whose been spinning yarns so long that you don’t realize when it’s not appropriate to spin the story of production improvement.

Ellie: “how was your day sweetie?”
Guy: “well I backed up the toilet at lunch so you know production is improving.”

Dentist: “have you been flossing?”
Guy: “no. The time I save not flossing really improves production.”

Customer: “where’s my friggin knife?”
Guy: “we’re taking steps to improve production to address your concerns. Would you like to buy another knife?”

Welcome to blade forums, and I’m sorry you’ve been duped. You may eventually get your knife in 8 years, though some people haven’t. If I were you, I’d cancel that order and go buy a Carothers. The commentary will continue without you taking one for the team.

Yup. We'll keep it up here, and you can participate in the fun too! But go get your money back and give it to a quality maker or manufacturer. CPK is what I'd recommend as well but there are plenty of other knives out there to buy that actually exist.

And look at it this way, your canceled order will be counted as a completed order! So in a way, you're still involved in the process.....

Those idiots are actually moving to an area of the country where more of their victims are likely to live. NYC, DC Baltimore, Philly, all within a 2-5 hours drive. Plus, if a state or county prosecutor wants to make a name for themselves....

I was thinking this as well! I’ve realized over the years that PA has a pretty big presence on this forum and Gettysburg isn’t far for anyone living in the state or bordering, you got all the east cities covered but out on the west side there’s many others. Shit could get real interesting at the big Harrisburg Sportsmen’s shows if they get a booth!

Take a look at the FB page comments. A LOT of customers are pissed. In reply, S!K states "We are hiring and will be caught up on old preorders within the next few months now that we have reduced timelines, costs, and risks." Mark that down. "Next few months" means June? LOL.

There are so many complaints on the comments of their FB page. This is not just due to the move. It is obvious that their customer service has not improved since their days on BF.

The deeper you dive into the comments, the more curious it gets. It seems like the timeline S!K is reporting about their move might not be 100% accurate.

"I was getting curious on how to get a hold of these people so I googled their address and did a street view. I called the business that was located in the same building as their address. They told me oh they moved out a while ago they believe they moved to Pennsylvania. If you look at the street view there is a now available sign in the parking lot which to me would collaborate the empty building where they used to be. Also it would not be hard to fake updates and fake accounts to post reviews. More reviews than not claim they have not received their knives in months and even years. Just saying very suspicious."
