S!K hasn't made any comments on Facebook in a few days. I am not sure what happened to "Tyler." He was really active for a few days, then went silent. I wonder if he is still an important part of the S!K team.

Poor guy might not have had any idea what he was getting into. They might have sold him a bill of goods too.

I keep posting where I can.
 
S!K has deleted a bunch of comments from their recent Facebook posts. A few of them were from customers who were very frustrated. They must be desperate for cash because they have really increased their presence on social media and the frequency of their sales emails. They continue to advertise products that are not in stock and use non-specific words like “soon” instead of committing to actual delivery dates.
 
Curious i ordered a magnacut 5.1 in December of 2021 and still no knife can't get straight answer from them even if they did I answer and knowing better I still ordered because guy on phone said should be ready in 1 month. He no longer ger works there. Any one else been waiting on their magmacut 5.1 longer than me?

I got a refund after 14 months for the same knife. The standard reply (if you get one) is that they had some issue (never one of their own doing), and things are delayed but that they are working as fast as possible, however will not compromise strict perfection. The production updates never give real information because they won’t say which year or lot number they are actually working on. Very vague and very frustrating. bought a great Magnacut knife from CPE after getting my refund. Good luck

Unfortunately now that they have your money, the time table isn’t really their concern. All they have to do is keep saying the right combinations of words to get people to wait longer.
 
Here’s a story that I think will enlighten the subject. My in-laws had ordered a house built last two years ago. The contractor got started right away, but soon things started crawling. He’d hire incompetent people on the cheap, and things weren’t always built right the first time. A year and a half later they finally close on the house. Their lawyer points out the fact that this particular contractor is probably in debt and using each new subsequent house order to pay for the existing build projects.

It all became clear after that,

Guy is in over his head. He needs preorders so he can find the stuff that he’s already behind on. The insane part is that he can subsist this long.
 
Yah I've asked for refunds they ignore those requests but gave bs answers when they actually did reply. And since over 6 months your sol on charge back already tries wit card company.

The new customer service guy barely answers but at least u get some sort of reply(as opposed to zero) before him sent 20 emails and called 50 times messages no reply) even though you get bs evading answers
