Yah I've asked for refunds they ignore those requests but gave bs answers when they actually did reply. And since over 6 months your sol on charge back already tries wit card company.
The new customer service guy barely answers but at least u get some sort of reply(as opposed to zero) before him sent 20 emails and called 50 times messages no reply) even though you get bs evading answers

I got a call the the PA Attorney General's office today. Woman wanted to clarify my complaint. Best part, she stated she is reading through this forum.
I told her I got a refund, she called me lucky.
I asked about next steps and she couldn't say per legal reasons. She did say, every complaint they review triggers a letter to Survive. I'm assuming they got a few letters recently. Keep up the good work folks.
