Bad Survive! Deserves A Permanent Post In The Hall Of Shame

So if they are counting refunds as completed knives, are they counting refunds as actually giving the customer's money back or is it a ghost refund like when they told me they are refunding me but never did and they wont respond?

you may have already seen, apologies if so, a few pages back some people had luck getting refunds by posting in a Facebook church site that knows Guy and calling the Attorney General.

Clearly you should not have to do this with any real business but that seems to be whether things are with Survive. Good luck!

Read this too late, ordered a 5.5 MagnaCut, their recent video got me suspicious, and requested a refund, radio silence, no response at all! I might as well just buy the MagnaCut 119 released by Buck.

Keep demanding a refund. Contact pa ag. Post anywhere they do. Contact credit card. Do not give up. They clearly won't be delivering what you paid for.

Oh, I'm sure you will. They are very familiar with survives shenanigans. At one point years ago they froze all of the money survive had with them and held it for possible future refunds. Of course, survive used that as an excuse to not ship knives....
 
He hasn't posted in a week... Perhaps he's getting some work done.

He said he was 8 hours away from finishing the GSO12s.
Anybody want to guess if he got those finished?

He did release a new knife design. So get those orders in for a 2033 delivery window.

Now that we know that Survive! counts refunded orders as "Complete", we can't tell how much progress they actually make on older orders. They also decided to remove overall progress from the Production schedule. I have no idea why they would want to do that. :rolleyes:

They included progress on new orders in 2023. Not much progress on 2021 or 2022 orders.

2015: 0.0% in 2 months
2016: 0.1% in 2 months
2017: 0.0% in 2 months
2018: Complete
2019: 0.3% in 2 months
2020: 0.3% in 2 months
2021: 0.5% in 2 months
2022: 4.0% in 2 months

so someone from 2015 finally gets a refund today let's say. means the survive robber crew had an 8 year no interest loan...courtesy of their customers. wish I could get 8 year interest free loans for my business from our creditors........
 
Per yesterdays video the backlog is just about done. I've also heard that before so I'm curious to see how this all plays out.
 
That's nonsense. Most of the backlog from this year is MC. Hidden in the 'aside from a few more sheets of MC that we need'.
Usual BS.
 
It also seems like he is really trying to deliver the K890 blade fast to gain positive feedback and reviews:

"I got mine in weeks and those are just haters"

Meanwhile, he is sitting on hundreds of thousands of pre-order dollars from 2015 on.
