I had a 7/7 on order for.... well, several years. Never emailed about it. All of a sudden, it just showed up one day. I had missed the notification of it being shipped out. So, they do ship out without nagging. I just hate that it takes so long. And that their entire set-up seems to be some kind of ponzi (?) scheme. May be the wrong word, but you get what I mean. I'll never order another blade from them, even if they come out with a real-live light-saber! :D
 
i ordered a 3.5 gso. the website said it was in stock. i waited just under 4 months. i made a claim with paypal, and got my money back. survive still dont have their act together. dont waste your time, choose another knife company.
I agree, even though I have one on the way. The only reason I don’t cancel the one that is still in the works is because I’d end up having to pay their damn cancellation fee. At this point, I’ve waited so long, I don’t care to pay to stop waiting. Their knives are DAMN good... but they really aren’t worth the wait. I’d rather pay more and have it sooner.

You wouldn't have to pay any fees if you cancel through your funding source. The whole fee thing is a sign of a scam. Avoid companies who have such penalties like the plague.

I too have a 3.5 on order. In October they said “in stock” but at the bottom of the order page it had “please note, it may take up to 60 days to ship your order” or something like that.

I emailed them like a month ago and they said they had to redesign and make new sheaths due to a tolerance issue.

I’m not angry or anything. But I sure hope I am not waiting 5 years for a knife...

Maybe they can really turn it around this time and sort their shit out...

PayPal has a 180 day window to file a complaint or ask for a refund. Reason- Failure to Deliver an In Stock Product.

Do it now before the time period expires.

You bought an "In Stock Item". With a "60 day delivery" and haven't received it in almost 6 months. They've blamed someone else and pushed the delivery date out.

They might turn their business around. The 5th, 6th, 7th........ time is the charm.
 
So, my GSO-6 came in... Wednesday? Thursday? Anyway, a few days ago. I pretty much hate it. The handle is so big I believe Sasquatch could use it comfortably. It is a full half inch longer than even the 7/7’s handle. And bigger around. It’s like whoever designed it said, “I’ll just supersize the 4.7, it’ll be perfect.” But didn’t adjust the ratio of magnification for the handle. Admittedly, my Jhansi are “small” to “medium,” but this is nearly a hand-and-a-half grip for me! Ok, minor exaggeration... but not by much.

If they didn't deliver a shipping notice within the 60 days they're legally obligated to offer you a refund and, if you don't respond, to give you one automatically.
