The Stellar is indeed stellar. I like that my 1st production is S90V, and wonder what steel will be used after that? Maybe Cromax PM?
 
It’s M390 (what I expected). Shirogorov posted on IG that the first batch of the standard production Stellars is being released today in Russia and a shipment is also inbound for R1, with a release date over here TBD. I’m guessing they’ll be available stateside in a week or two.

It is not the case with black CF scales, so I guess the inclusions consist of the red paint added into the layers.

Well, the mystery is finally solved -- the carbon layers on the surface are flat and smooth, while red pigment is not, you can see all the details on the 4k video:

I'm eagerly awaiting them to show up as well... been out of the shiro game for a year or so because my neon was a little too small and my f95 a little too big.. this Stellar looks like the goldilocks model and I can't wait!
