Okay, 2 days down and I gotta say I hope to be able to retire from this new place!
The people are friendly, the work isn't hard, the hours are great, (6:30-3:00) the atmosphere is laid back despite being swamped with work, and the company is generous with pay and quarterly bonuses.(Performance based so slackers need not apply.)
It pays to be a parts maker for most of the major aircraft manufactures.

I'm not an expert but believe a late spring frost can affect the productivity of the fruit trees.for some reason, none of the trees produced this year. bumper crop last year. does anyone know if this is normal? i.e. should i expect the trees to produce next year?
