I can't believe it took me this long to notice this big sticky at the top of the page!

It was a tough decision, but I voted EO. Looking for some lively decision on the secondary blade (or lack thereof ;) ) - looks like that's going to be a much more heated debate than the actual pattern!

I think you'll be correct!
As long as we keep the big-fat-spear... I'll probably be open to getting talked into most anything.

Thanks for all the great work you have done on this years forum knife. Good choices and good ideas .....A+

Ditto on "the-big-fat-spear"! :thumbup::)

That was the deciding factor for me as well. I really want a harness jack but had to go with the eo because of that main blade. :)

I'm hoping I can have my cake and eat it too! Here's hoping for a easy opening harness jack! Though I do like the idea of a cap lifter/screw driver too.

EO with a spear point main blade and cap lifter/screw driver, that would be be excellent.

Can't forget the bail, too.;)

BTW: Whatever is selected I'll be getting one.:D

I had to vote for the Sunfish as I do not currently own one and really want one, will likely be in wood (I hope), and it is the one that is a definite yes, especially with the price range looked at (unless life changes dictate otherwise). I would most likely get a Easy open Jack- especially if it comes with a punch, as I have been on a punch kick for the last year. The cap lifter/screwdriver may break the deal for me as I really have no use for that tool in most cases, but I would like to try an easy opener.

The peanut and trapper are definite no's for me.

Glad to see the Easy Open Jack is the winner :)

Will be interesting to see what we end up with for the second blade! I'm hoping a punch.

I was leaning towards a small wharncliffe but trust whatever the majority decides will make an excellent knife. A punch or caplifter/screwdriver would probably end up being more useful than a wharncliffe anyways.

I went ahead and voted for the sunfish, though I would be totally happy with any of the choices!! (Especially the EO)

Wow!.. Great minds think a like! I could not said it any better myself. Agreed!! :D

There will not be a bail this year.

That is GREAT news ;)

For me!!

I don't need no stinkn:D bail for I have a POCKET (that don't like BAILS) just waitn for that EO!!

Now sits and waits for the final choice on secondary.:D

Along with the Spear Blade the EO has to have ONE of the following to make it work.

Punch blade
Screwdriver/caplifter blade
Bail

If it doesn't have ONE of those three, it's a deal breaker for me.

A Pen Blade as the secondary blade just won't hack it.

My .02¢
