Week-end Post, What Are You Doing

Hey, J. Turkey!!!!!!
Checkout the pic of my Lil Wolf, he only weights 50#. He sheds like a polar bear.

Cute dog, must be a pain to brush

My woman's dog Cooper loves the cold... things are finally starting to melt up here, and he still seeks out a patch of ice to lay on. The other pic is me and Vickie out back of the restaurant we had dinner at, the next mornin' . She's the good-lookin one :D

I just finished filling the outside bird feeders, it is 91 today in the sun. Weather report said 80% chance of rain. Ole sunshine did well with its 20%.

Sorry about all you folks still snowed in.

The dawg in question is a 4-yr-old, 92# husky/border collie mix. Looks like a wolf, but gentle as a kitten (mostly). No Portuguese influence, as far as I know. He's scheduled for a grooming next weekend, after which he'll prolly weigh about 72#... the goofball is almost as hairy as MR. Ole Mean Buzzard. He's currently shedding like a Republican candidate losing friends... anyone got a deal on vacuum-cleaner bags?

That is a cool looking dog. I've never seen anything quite like it.

Yep, you sure have a fur ball there.:D

My Lady fell in love with the breed, when we seen one at the Vet's office while we were there with Ferrari (Schipperke). She was at a local Pet Store and they had one, she call me at my office asking if she could buy it and I said yes.:confused:I should of ask how much he was.:eek: I came home to a new puppy and a bill for $950. HEHEHEHEHEHE!! She loved her three dogs.:D

You better be talkin' about the dog, MR Mean Ole Buzzard :grumpy:!! Vickie is very well-groomed :D

Cooper damn near broke Vickie's heart last night... she let him outside to pee and he jumped the 4-foot fence and ran off (spring fever, I guess). She was awful scared he got hurt or something; luckily someone called him in and the cops took him to the animal shelter. We had to go to "doggy jail" and bail him out this mornin. He was in the next room when we were filling out the paperwork to get him out, and started cryin' when he heard/smelled his mama... then of course she started to cry a lil ("my poor baby is whinin'" ;) ) so I made the Humane Society gal let Cooper come in the room with us. Anyway! all's well that ends well, Coop is home safe and sound :)

That is scary. Viper is alway looking for a way out of the yard.

I reckon ya can't blame a dog for wanting to run around and explore... I'd love to live in the country and let our cats/dog run free more often, but it just isn't safe in town. I'd hate to see one of them get hit by a car :( So Cooper will just have to get used to bein' on a chain when he's out in the yard. Leather or rope won't do, he can chew through that in a second. We're going to the hardware store tomorrow to buy a good chain; I gotta measure and cut it so he can run around the whole yard, but doesn't try to jump the fence and hang himself  Vickie would kill me if I let that happen :o  :D

LMAO, Will. Me and Cooper have an agreement; we don't pee on each others' stuff, I feed him table scraps behind mama's back, and he don't tell on me when I sneak outside for a smoke and pee in the yard.

Working out in the yard this week-end. Cleaning out the flower beds and putting in some new mulch. This will help the flowers retain moisture. Been putting seed down KY31 about 50lb. Cleaning up the shop, and hope you good folks have a good as well.

Got Ron coming over today. I bet BBBB Beaver will show up tomorrow:eek::jerkit:;). He has to pickup a warthog's tusk for a B'Day present for Kook. Also have Paul Sabin coming over tomorrow. Paul was really ill last month. Got to fill up my 100# tanks this weekend, there goes another $150+.:jerkit::mad:

$150? It's around $80 to fill a 100# down here.

I'm probably going to sleep soon. I've been up since 0500 (a.m.) yesterday and worked through the night last night to get a knife ready to ship for a patient customer (Thanks Mark!!! ) Post office opens in 30 minutes, guess I'll go help them feed and saddle the ponies.

I'm ready to wrap up my last EDK order and have been grinding on the golok and a custom oyster knife. I've got to get a few knives finished for Batsons.

I'm really tired, my knee is swollen and I need a shower! I'm pretty sure I smell a lot like IG :barf:

I am figuring $150 because one of my 100# is half full.:jerkit::mad: The last time I fill both, it made me $189 poorer.:(
Well your knee matches your head and I do mean to one on your shoulders.:confused:
