What Knife Makes You Feel Safe?

I keep a 6 inch fixed blade under the pillow for 'just in case', but it also doubles to help provide pillow support.

I keep a machette just behind the rear door, and out infront where the wood pile is next to the front door I can pick and choose axes, pickaroons, or just use the chainsaw.

These and not just because they're next to my bed, although that may have something to do with it.

I have in fact gone to the door late at night with my old 5" blade Cold Steel "Safe Keeper" push-knife in one hand.

I keep a Camillus CUDA CQB1 in the bedside table for security. That and a great expandable steel baton. Always have a folder iwb of pants which usually lie in a heap within reach.

Thats it, i'm flying to Texas for a holiday, and going to play Knock and run @ 2am.

I would have to say my 610 Rukus or my Sog S5 Tigershark. As both of them reside next to my bed

X2 on the SOG Tigershark:thumbup:
Lots of blade, chops well, and stabs excellently too. Besides, I think whoever it is would fill their pants at the sight of a hairy man in his boxers with a large bowie in hand! :p
