What "Traditional Knife" are ya totin' today?

All day rain. Better late than never, I guessFrost killed the vines, so I harvested the Candy Roasters.View attachment 2352898
#342 Bunny, Schrade Walden 2048 TL-29 in my blue jeans, and home made on my belt.
The Bunny Knife etch will wear off in time, I guess. In the meantine, a bit of patina from cutting bbq’d chicken is starting.
I’ll try to avoid pitting like the SW has.
Good day to ya!

What are Candy Roasters Please?
Chickens?

Brought out the Walnut version today. The other one that had a hole blown into the blade is in the process of being reshaped.

Oddly, I've forced myself to use this super small Case for everything in order to answer the question "Do I really need a big ol' knife everyday"

The answer is technically no! This little congress has done it all with no problems. The real answer is yes, I do need a big sheep/lambsfoot everyday because I enjoy it. Lol.

They are sweet little knives, and it shouldn't be hard to find one there. Mine is marked Camillus, but I'm pretty sure they made the Klein ones with brown fake wood covers, too.

Deleted because I misinterpreted your post.

These are great little sheepsfoot knives.

We’ll have a Porch band!
What genre of music do you play?

Yella Buck looks great, Jeff.

Thanks, Dan!
I too, am trying to cut out carbs. Not full keto, but working at it. Big difference in types of carbs. I’ve switched to steel cut oats over rolled oats. Better form of carbs. The ones I’m trying to get out of my diet are the processed white flours.

Diggin the vintage tractors lately🤙

I’ve thought about it, but also get a vision of a trip to the ER…
But saliva is a great blade cleaner. It gets grease and bbq sauce off a blde real well. Just use your fingers, ok?

Apt description.

Another Lambsfoot?
And so it begins.

Would not keep me from using it in the garden…

For pruning live plants, chisel grind is best. Flat side goes next to the plant ~ no crushing of capillaries. Doubt that’s useful on ‘shrooms, though.

Real nice knives, Jack!

Hmm…
I think both turkey and deer archery seasons are open😎

Gorgeous Loveless, Greg. How long have you had it?
Thanks Jeff. I mostly play at the church on Sunday mornings but that's only because I haven't found a group to connect and play with outside of that setting.

Ah, Fall in sunny South Florida - where the weather is humid, the vegetation lush, the IQs below average, and the bromeliads begin outputting all manner of psychedelic creations.

Rescued this NW Fall Creek from an unsustainable living situation and today is it's first day in the pocket. It's finally found its forever home.

Squash, not fowl😁

I wonder if Camillus made the Kleins??
No idea.
The Klein is quite a bit smaller, though. I rehandled this one in elk…68F0C1CF-7E2B-4521-81C6-7BC057F75906.jpeg

Peachy peachseed!

Me too! Churches provide a great outlet for us bandless musicians, for sure. I’ve been a church player for a long time.

My most recent non-church band fell apart when the pandemic came around.
This pic is for you kind sir!

I suspect us northerners moving down there has not raised the average IQ.
