I out did myself on this pork tenderloin which I smoked on the grill this evening. Tender and the best tasting meat that I have had in a long time.
Now ........ I got to write down how I did it.
My old Schrade Barlow that I was toting watched the progress.
Then I wasted about three hours watching UK lose 13-12 to Georgia in SEC football.
After a nice rain yesterday, I got my scraggly looking yard mowed and trimmed.
I'd still call it a good day.
