Today seems like a Scout kinda day.

Thomas, that Böker lockback you showed earlier is interesting.Could you give dimensions/steel please? I've a Böker lockback I'm very fond of, single bolster(Barehead) Brown Washboard Bone, carbon 11cm closed.

By co-incidence I got a Böker Canoe in the post today, Green Washboard Bone carbon. Seems nice but I've never warmed to Canoes as a pattern, single spring feature is good. Let's give it a try.

I'm still carrying my Case Tribal Spear, which has proven its worth on countless occassions. However, I'm doing something I haven't in a long time- I have one of them newfangled one-handed openers clipped in my pocket too. It's not even one of those nice polite ones either. This is an example of the particularly egregious breed, that shall not be mentioned in this forum. :D I'm weak!

I need to start actually using my Tribal Spear too!

Today I have two. My GEC primitive bone dogleg in my right pocket and a RR Damascus small lockback in my watch pocket. Not too sure if the RR lockback completely qualifies as a traditional but I'm using it like crazy as an experiment to see how well it holds up.

I've been dropping this old 1977 Case model # 6318PU into my right front watch pocket of my jeans for the last day and 1/2.. Have enjoyed starting up some patina marks on her carbon steel in the process too. I think I like her pretty well at 3 5/8's.. I'm feeling pretty good about keeping her in the edc rotation at this juncture..
