What "Traditional Knife" are ya totin' today?

It's been too long since I carried this Queen Copperhead in (old version) ACSB and D2, so into my pocket it goes. Single-blade simplicity and thinness.

This Trestle Pine Superior fits my hand just right.

Interesting! The Trestle looks like it's built on Queen's Copperhead pattern. I hadn't noticed that before. Very handy shape for real work.

Got this one late today - wish the lighting was better (I'll try to do better justice to it tomorrow), but here's a pic of this integral damascus Bird & Trout from the newly minted Master Smith, Haley DesRosiers:

WOW!!!!!

Great knife, Gev. How big is that one? Aitors were on my radar in Spain almost a year ago, but I never picked one up; too many cool knives, too little cold cash! :o

It's 3.5 inches closed and is a great little knife. Nice hard snaps and the blade shape lends itself well to food prep. Thanks so much for the compliment on my picture as well.

This one has been a near constant companion for several months now. It's just a really sweet knife and I've really bonded with it.

Thanks Dan! Fantastic pic of that Imperial, love the contrast against the moss .

Thanks Tom. Taking the green pictures before that snow moves in again… ;)

Interesting how they attached the bail to the scale!

I was wondering the same thing when the knife was handed to me.

SAK-o-the-week is a Vic Farmer:

My obligatory Spanish knife for the week is a Tarmundi purchased from Señor Rafael in Sevilla:

Stockman of the Week goes to a Colt "Black Stag" (really stag bone, but why quibble over truth in advertising?):

Great line up GT
Really like the subtle wood pattern on that Tarmundi!

Also reminds me I need to order a few SAK Farmers for upcoming gifts! :D

At the hospital with my 1 year old who has bronchitis, so I'm toting my go to worry stone.

I trying to make it a point to carry each new knife I own for 1 week. While I'm not going to play with the crowds to see Star Wars, I do look forward to it, and they made the cover of Rolling Stone. Last few days of this knife and I think I'll be busy carrying new knives well into next year. I feel like a knife crackhead, I cannot stop buying knives.
