Paul, that is just a beautiful Ol Pruner my friend.

Thanks, Ron. I’m obviously way late for birthday greetings, so I’ll just wish you a Happy Birth Week! I didn’t realize it when I drew up my rotation schedule, but I’m apparently celebrating with you by carrying an identical SBJ this week!

A chestnut jigged bone CV swayback jack and "matching" Sodbuster Jr (thanks, Paul & Bob); love these Case SBJs:

Thanks Gary. That's a nice CV duo you have there!

Happy (belated) Birthday, Ron. That Case CV SBJ is a good knife to carry for your birthday. Case really does a good job with the Chestnut bone.

I have these three Barlows along today. The Case was an unexpected gift (thanks, Dee :) ) The Jigged Red TC has somehow claimed my pocket almost every day lately. And the Scratted beauty is a terrific user.

Thanks Dean.:) Your trio of Barlow's is looking fine.

It's finally time!!! :D

The past few days I have been carrying my old yellow handled Case Sodbuster Jr. I have left my Victorinox Recruit at home and carried the Soddie for old time's sake. I thought I'd be under tooled, since I find uses for the other tools on a daily basis, but figured, what the heck. I have to admit, I love the feel of the Soddie in my hand. There's something about a well made, single blade pocket knife that just feels......... right. Simple. Minimal. Yet so capable. And the patina'd cv blade tells so many stories. I haven't carried a single blade pocket knife in years, and have grown dependent on all the tools of my SAK. Not that there is anything wrong with that, but man, this little guy right now feels so good. Will be EDCing it for the foreseeable future.

I've been carrying this Texas Jack today it just came in the mailbox this morning I bought it from BigBisquit on the exchange. I was getting ready to freshen up the edge an give it a good cleaning when I took the first picture just because I thought it looked cool the second was to show the knife. Very nice knife and a good example of what Case can do. Thanks for indulging a crazy old man.

It is the weekend so my traditional gets joined by a modern (of course unpictured!) blade. I went with one I just finished cleaning up, a Barlett OVB (our very best) with jigged covers. This is a terrific sized pen at 3.25", and it cleaned up really well:thumbup:Already this morning, I went to cut some tape and immediately grabbed this over the modern...
