What "Traditional Knife" are ya totin' today?

That was a great choice for your second GEC knife. Those crown lifters probably would not be available at all but for a large beer scout run a while back. I believe everyone got their fill then. Even though I have two beer scouts, there have been a few times that I almost pulled the trigger on that ebony crown lifter. It is a very nice knife. What you have gotten yourself into is a new knife every few weeks for the foreseeable future! Just think of it as the knife of the month club and accept it.
I was happy to find an Ebony still available as they seem go fast in other patterns.
I'm quite enamored with this knife; this is the deepest black Ebony I've seen in person and the swedge on the sheepsfoot is beautifully executed.
I cant afford to get these knives often, but lately I'm finding ways of making wiggle room in my budget. ;)

Some stout and my Beer Scout. Trying to not think about returning to work tomorrow.

We always dream of reaching a place in order to remain there permanently. Yet permanence can only be found in movement.

Put that in your Backpocket :)
Not sure about the quote ;) but I'd put that Case in my back pocket in a heart beat! That's nice Gev. I don't remember seeing that one anywhere. Got any details? I might have to put that on my target list.

Thanks, Gev! I'll keep an eye out for one and you can be sure it'll get posted! :D

I hope everyone had a very Merry Christmas! It has been most enjoyable getting caught up here after being away for a few days.

The stars aligned, the gods smiled upon me, or circumstances were simply just perfect, but I was able to acquire a knife that has been on my short list ever since they were produced earlier this year. It arrived yesterday and made my Boxing Day all that much more enjoyable! Into the pocket it went.

Apologies for my poor office lighting but it is pouring down rain right now, perhaps it will let up enough to get better pictures later on.
