Don, the middle knife is a Trestle Pine Superior.

Found a cool headstone in a little country cemetary.
Boker tree brand radio electrician, and my old Sabre fishing knife which was a gift from Grandpa back when he was teaching me to fish. I think it’s my oldest knife since I don’t know what happened to my old Cub Scout knife.
Too early for fishing-water’s way too high and muddy. But the northerns will be moving soon.

Tired after a gruelling day. Temp got down to -28.6c out in the countryside and the main water inlet froze up so I had to go back to town for the night. Then a long drive to the hospital for stuff but a beautiful sunny but very cold day. Decided to take this along, I like the bone and I find this a very useful pocket sized Stockman. Black Box knives would actually content me if there were no others, but fortunately there are;)

White CF Shuffler

Nice picture! That shuffler looks like its carrying fish scales!

The rain is back! :( Forecast is for almost 4” total through tomorrow! I have these two Osage Tidioutes out for today’s carry. :D

I love the character that Osage takes on! I had no idea it darkened like that. I'm definitely going to be on the lookout for a pattern I like with those covers. They look really rich and interesting.

65 Slides done  Tranquility take me away :)

This was a peaceful spot last weekend

Those hay bales look like they are sinking into the earth, or is it that they are rising out of it?

No beautiful scenery for me today, but I'm still carrying two handsome knives:

Great pic Dylan

Thank you, Jack.

Thanks for the Sunday School song pic, Dylan - red and yellow, black and white!:cool:;)
I think of the Half Hawk as my Rough Rider substitute for a GEC Hay'n Helper. RR often disappoints me with the uneven dye jobs on their smooth bone (jigged bone is usually great), but the rich uniform brown on the Half Hawk is outstanding, I think.
A woodless day for you seems unusual, but the bonny bone is certainly a worthy replacement!:cool::thumbsup:

Woodless days are indeed out of sorts for me, something I had to remedy for Wooden Wednesday though. :D

Stag/Horn Knife of the Week is a little asta autentica Joker from Toledo Spain:

Lovely horn on that Joker, GT!

Carrying these two today, they match quite nicely.

Thank you Gev! :)

Some seem to darken more than others. All of the different ones I’ve seen posted have improved with age and use. Try it you’ll like it!:D
