Daaang this thread has LEGS.
Anyway awhile ago I almost bought a Hoback Enoch becasue I thought it was a pretty good deal for a USA made knife. Boy am I glad I decided against it.
I think the description for Enoch is pretty hilarious in light of the current situation. Sure it would be a reasonable price for a USA made knife. Not a great price mind you as it's still more than a comparable TRM Atom, Protec Malibu, or Hogue Ritter, Benchmade Bugout 20cv, Syperco Para 2, etc, but still an ok value. But for something made solely in China it is not cheap at all.

Designing this knife was a challenge for Jake as he's spent the last 20 years designing and making knives with only one thing in mind... cost doesn't matter! Well, if you've been in that mindset for years, it's rather difficult to look at something and think "OK how do I keep this design within my boundaries but get the cost down?" So, Jake spent a lot of time thinking through how he makes things and his materials, process, and speed.
So through some very creative manufacturing processes, using G10 a lot instead of titanium, and using some off-sized materials that are less expensive, he was able to bring the cost of this knife down substantially.
