Like intentionally obtuseI love opposing attorneys who have no facts or law on their side.
They always fall back on ad hominem, like "deliberate ignorance."
Where have I been evasive? If you can't handle being proven wrong I suggest you do the proper research before making a claim. I'll happily wait for you to point out where the link I posted that leads directly to the standard on the FTC website is incorrect.More evasive maneuvers. Surprising.
Yep, that's a good one too. The giveaway is the attorney is talking about the other attorney and not ... you know ... the law and facts.Like intentionally obtuse![]()
^ that's why I enjoy ya.........Yes and if you work hard, I have faith you can stay there.
Like the fact a grown man let his knives be misrepresented and profited from it, while having a Bible verse engraved on it. That kind of facts?Yep, that's a good one too. The giveaway is the attorney is talking about the other attorney and not ... you know ... the law and facts.
Not a lawyer. Retired LEO on the federal side. Have a good night.I love opposing attorneys who have no facts or law on their side.

Is it bad business practice for Ford to make some cars in America and others in Mexico, Canada, Europe, and China? They seem to think so.^ that's why I enjoy ya.........
so is making knives in whatever not America land and mixing with the ones made in America and selling them as the exact same..... a good business practice in the knife world? yes or no......
Yes but trying to bankrupt Hoback seems to be the notch in the post. Ford COO concerns aren’t sexy.Is it bad business practice for Ford to make some cars in America and others in Mexico, Canada, Europe, and China? They seem to think so.
Perhaps he should switch to Genesis 4:9....Yea..

A supermod already told us to leave religion out of it. If a particular member doesn’t abide, I wouldn’t take the bait.Perhaps he should switch to Genesis 4:9....
And the LORD said unto Cain, Where is Abel thy brother? And he said, I know not: Am I my brother's keeper?
That's fine. I rest my case.A supermod already told us to leave religion out of it. If a particular member doesn’t abide, I wouldn’t take the bait.
I was just checking some of my knives that I know are made in China. The Quiet Carry Drift does not say it's made in China. The Pena Zulu does not say it's made in China. The Giant Mouse Riv does not say it's made in China. The WE Esprit does not say it's made in China. None of them are marked with any COA. Ditto for Kizer and Sharp by Design.
I believe I did answer above. The Quiet Carry has no COA on the box, nor does the Peña or Sharp by Design. Giant Mouse box says China. So what do the packages say that the knives came in? Do they say “Made in China”?
I didn’t see they answered yet.
I went back and saw you did, thanks. I don’t own any of the knives in question so I was curious.I believe I did answer above. The Quiet Carry has no COA on the box, nor does the Peña or Sharp by Design. Giant Mouse box says China.

I presently have just one. As it turns out, BHQ slapped their stock label across Kizer's label, hiding the "Made in China" designation. Kizer should be ashamed of themselves and publicly apologize -- not that I will ever forgive them for their outright deception.Speaking of deliberate ignorance, how many Kizer knives did you say you had?
Except windows stickers by law need to show where a car was assembled and where the major components were from. There is even a Parts Content Information section that let's potential buyers know what parts actually came from the USA or country of origin if they did not.Is it bad business practice for Ford to make some cars in America and others in Mexico, Canada, Europe, and China? Because every attorney is intimately familiar with auto window sticker law?Except windows stickers by law need to show where a car was assembled and where the major components were from. There is even a Parts Content Information section that let's potential buyers know what parts actually came from the USA or country of origin if they did not.
...did you say you were an attorney? Or do you just play one on internet forums?
