Your newest addition:traditionals of course!

Shaggy, I wonder why someone would force the blades into that position??? Doesn't make sense to me! Great job on the rescue

Thanks, Jake. I'm not sure why either, but if you look closely in the picture you can see that someone ground a swedge into the top of the sheepsfoot so (I'm assuming) the spey could close to the inside easier. Eh, for $15 I'm not gonna complain. The knife has the right kind of steel and years of life left. ;)

This GEC 77 just arrived today

The 77 Jack compliments that pocket kephart (I think that's the model) really nice Phillip. The Osage is outstanding on both

Good call, that is a Pocket Kephart

Thanks
I believe that Osage might be becoming my favorite scale material.

That Osage is awesome. Love the combo. I'm really loving my 77 in stag.

Nice knives everyone. Vance, that 77 is very nice. One of my brothers favorites.
Here is some new ones for me. Two Ka-Bar and two Texas 98's. A cattle and whittler in Charlies cranberry jig bone.

I just got this in today. Buck 110 with nickel silver bolsters and BOS heat treated D2 blade. It fits my new cross draw sheath perfectly. I can't wait to give this knife some serious outdoor time. It pretty much ticks all of my checkboxes.

Awesome Buck! Is it wearing cherry pants?

I have a couple smaller knives in D2 but I'd like to get my hands on a big folder like that.

Not cherry. Nothing super-special. Just cocobolo colored dymondwood. But dymondwood works for me on this knife. It's going to see a lot of hard use, and quite a few extreme temperature changes, so toughness and stability are a must.

Just out of the mail box a half hour ago, a Stag KA-BAR-LO:thumbup: I put a razor edge on it and will ride for the day:cool:

Thin stainless blades, nice Stag covers that are thick but not overly thick...fills the hand nicely. No play whatsoever. I like it:)
