Here we go again, me having to go out here and defend my self, and my company.

Yes Im legit, over a 1000 orders on my website this year, and thousands more to come. Yes, items get lost or stolen when shipping via the United States Post Office, I apologize for this, and now exclusively ship USPS Priority Mail with Signature Confirmation, Or UPS Ground signature confirmation, and All methods of Express Mail, Internationally or Domestic. Ive had so many First Class Mail packages that just disappear, it happened again last month with a Benchmade Kulgera 930SBK, guy never got it, I know it shipped as it was my last and serial numbered, Now im out a knife and the money.

Yes, I am a college student at University of South Florida, trying to get my bachelors in Business Administration, with a minor in Communications. Yes, I do get swamped sometimes and things take a while to ship. Yes, Some things do sell out and I have to put them on backorder until the manufacturers ship more out. Yes, I am currently in the largest expansion of my young career, with over 5 employees that list product and print invoices every day. I will be carrying over 10,000 products by Christmas, and over 30,000 total products in the future. Yes, I do have the best Prices on the web, and Im here to stay, and grow.

I would really like to stress that I am no con artist, I have tons of sattisfied customers, over 3000 on EBAY, over a 1,000 Repeat Customers on my website and many many at the Blade Show and many other Shows each year.

I do not hide myself, My physical address, my PO Box, my home phone, my cell phone are all posted online, I have a Myspace where customers can see me, www.myspace.com/magicman133.

If there is honestly anyone whom I have ripped off, or stretched a deal out making you feel abused in any way, email me, call me, come to my house. Im an honest kid trying to make a living, and I will make the deal right.
I hate that some people feel as if I screwed them, that is not how I work.

I inhereted this company through my Grandfather, who did it for over 40 years, Richard Kunz. He has sold hundreds of thousands of knives, and has thousands of satissfied customers around the world. I try to do the same thing he did, Quality Knives, as soon as they come out, At great prices, that is my commitment to all of you in the cutlery industry. I strongly urge all of you to call me, email me, or however you want to contact me, but I will make all the deals right and fast. I have well over 2,000 knives in stock, and work with every major distributor, So I can get anything you need.

I hope this sums everything up, and again I want to apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you, and I will make all transactions right.

The last few pages of your feedback on eBay would not support that argument. Neither would the comments of many that have posted in this thread.

I strongly urge all of you to call me, email me, or however you want to contact me, but I will make all the deals right and fast.

It appears that those that have tried this approach have not gotten satisfaction, just a bunch of excuses and no knives.

You have more bad luck with shipping than anyone I have ever encountered in the past. Hopefully, now that you have changed the way you ship, there will be no more problems. Time will tell.
 
By the way Andrew, you are having to defend yourself because of your actions. Do you think the folks that have posted about your terrible customer service have done so because there is plot to put you out of business? No, it's because they paid you for knives and haven't gotten them. This is not a conspiracy to ruin your reputation. That is something you are doing on your own.
 
I had done 2 successful transactions with him in the past...Then I was supposed to trade some knives to him that cost me $800. He gave me his physical address where to ship them express. He never sent me anything in return or paid me! He gave me excuses, didnt answer the phone, his mailbox is always full so you cant leave messages, and he even answered one time and said that he wasnt there but it was his voice!!!! I am in Canada and there is really nothing I can do from here. I would love it he was banned from the blade show !!!! Mr.Russell please feel free to contact me and I will have more to tell you...I have proof of this. I have been in this business for 20 years now and this is unforgivable the amount of people he has taken for a ride...there are still feedbacks from his banned Ebay account that illustrate over 50 people that he took money and never shipped! You can also contact Paypal and they can tell you that he was banned for the same thing! Please lets put this theif out of business!!!

I received the negative feedbacks on Ebay the last month I was on there, I had 18 Negative feedbacks in 3 years. The last 50 Negatives were due to paypal locking out my account, people purchasing things, not letting me get the funds, and them leaving negatives due to non ship, when in reality, If I shipped the knives, they would have the knife and paypal would have had my money. I was kicked off ebay for switchblades, specifically the Lone Wolf Double Actions.

AG, I am by no means a thief, and do lots of shows, my feedback on ebay speaks for itself, 99.8 percent before I was booted off and those last negatives came on, over 3,000 positives. I have tons of customers on my website, and I assure you, things like this will never happen again with my new shipping methods.

All I know is what I have read in this thread, and in other threads that have been posted about Andrew in the past.

The best way to help your customers is to send them the knives you owe them. Make sure you answer your phone when people call, and clean out your mailbox so that people can leave you messages that you must be sure to reply to. It's not really that difficult to figure out what needs to be done.
 
I think there are three outstanding threads on this guy at the moment.

Every couple of months he comes here and pleads for some forgiveness then goes back to his ways.

There is a trail of stink that is following him.

The onus is NOT on the customer to initiate to make things right.

My guess the heat is on him otherwise he wouldn't be posting here... again.
 
Here is your chance Andrew! Send me a U.S Postal Money Oder for $250.00 that you owe me, (you have my address and even my Fedex/DHL account #s to send it collect!) I will be honest (unlike you) and will post it here if I receive it. But I know you are full of it!!
I am an upstanding retailer for 20 years, I have an account with Blueridge and I know many people in the business. I have no reason to say negative things about you if they were not true!

during a very bad time in my life (domestic issues) some 30 years ago, i neglected to properly service an account with a customer, shipped an inadequate product, and in essence committed fraud, at least from the customers perspective.

i had significant time invested in the work, couldn't afford a 100% refund, sent him half his money back (which was approximately the labor charge on the work) and an apology.. and stopped taking further orders. i didn't ruin my reputation by repeating my mistake. I was depressed, disturbed, about to be divorced, and NOT a happy camper.. and i did my best to band-aid what I couldn't heal.

ONE guy, and 30 years later it still eats at me.. excuses don't count, actions count. apologies don't count MUCH unless accompanied by CHANGE in your practices, and using a forum where you have been accused of fraud to advertise your presence at reputable knife shows is adding insult to injury. i know what a mistake looks like and feels like.. from both sides. I know what you do to fix it, and what you do if you CAN'T fix it. Telling one lie to cover another one is nearly perfect evidence you'll not do well at business. ONE mistake, not dozens, are explainable. ONE time you can blame God or the Government.. but only if you simultaneously send the product. if you can't keep track of what's ordered before you take stock to shows, you're not business management qualified. If it's a temporary condition, you won't have repeated stories that all sound like 'taken advantage of'.. and I know for a fact that vendor fees to shows don't always coincide with cash flow, I did that sort of thing, and i do perfectly well understand the temptation to fudge the numbers when necessary.. and the necessity to AVOID that temptation in ones own long term self interest. even a hard head can learn that one. you havn't, which makes any excuse merely another lead-in to another fraud, best guess on the evidence.

what you are telling everyone with your self-advertising is you will defraud MORE people as required to continue in the business, and shows demand more of your attention and it's cash & carry so why NOT make your far-away customers wait..

well. i made that mistake once, late, sloppy work, dissatisfied customer who got quite irate.. called me names, he did.. in writing..

i didn't like being the guy he was talking about. I abstained thereafter from that condition, it sucked. it meant GIVING UP a business i'd built from scratch, but was situationally unable to continue.. i'd sure like to know who it was, after some years data was lost that'd let me give the guy the OTHER half of his money back.. it's just an old emotional scar now.. but an ugly one.

learning your lessons young gets them out of the way.. but if you can't GET IT in one dopeslap you ain't paying attention. a guy who can't be honest with others isn't honest with himself, and the reflection from others is just confirmation of it.

so you know, you can be a liar OR a thief once and claim poor judgement, distraction, inexperience.... but being both repeatedly is merely being a scumbag. that's how the story gets told, and the ripples spread wider and wider. was I you, i'd bail, pay off all debts and QUIT. when you're in a hole quit digging. all you're accomplishing is proving everyones point.

i honest to god feel sorry for you that you don't GET IT, cause it's a pretty basic lesson in human behavior.. once is accident, twice is coincidence, the third time it's enemy action.

bad things tend to happen to enemies. consider your future.

I have contacted you numerous times and you fail to make it right by ignoring me, avoiding my calls, my e-mail and the last time I DID get a hold of you, you said you sent the knife and you would resend it! That was back in late Feburary, early march! So where is the knife? You constantly lie. You are a thief! Just admit it.:jerkit:
If you want to make it right, then by all means, ship, via FEDEX or UPS with a real tracking number! Here is your chance to redeem yourself!

So where has Andrew disappeared to? It appears that he has no answers for the people that are confronting him. Come on Andrew, what are you going to do to make things right for these people?
 
Please Mr. Russell do not let him have a table at the Blade show. He is a disgrace to this business and his grandfathers legacy! And he should not be given more opportunities to steal from people!
