Please understand that this is my outlook and not meant to reflect anyone else

As far as i ma concerned
TT you fudged the custom papers for value this knife = mail fraud

TT you cannot or will not show proof of shipping = bad shipper

TT you will not refund after fail to show proof of shipping = thief

TT you are trying to get out of paying back full refund but will give half if proof is shown of a job as firefighter =scumbag

TT as a shipper it is up to you to prove that the knife was shipped to the buyer and since you cannot do this you owe the buyer a 100percent refund and anything else such as half ect is not right and if you cannot or will not do this then you should give up selling or buying from forum members as you are not to be trusted and as far as i am concered you should not be on these forums

In Russia there is no post data to that number.
And Russia, too, there is no customs data.
I think that the number of fake.

After 1.5 days. If my money does not come back.
I'm going to file a complaint, in all instances.
 
It would seem if a Custom's number was sent, there should be a record of it in one or both parties email. When I email, there is a automatic copy generated in my sent item's folder. I am sure most are aware of that however, just thought I would mention it, just encase!!!

Both parties have admitted their fault, so both parties need to take a bite of this Doo Doo sandwich especially, if there is discount pricing for Firefighter's. This Doo Doo sandwich is not going to taste good or go down pleasant for either party however, if both are good member's of BF, and want to keep it that way, then we need to move forward. As Firefighter's and the common knife interest you both have, surely you two can work out a solution, if both can accept their responsibilities.

I stated in my previous post to this thread, the common trend's of knife deal's going bad are repeated time and again. After sleeping on it, I believe Blade Forum's need's to update their policies and require new rules to the Exchange. I know most hate it when more and more rules are made however, just like bigger and bigger Government's are not liked by most, it becomes necessary because people CANNOT be counted on to do the right thing or conduct business in a way that assure's or limit's deal's going bad therefore, it's going to have to be mandated to bring confidence back to the exchange IMO.

I can go right now and find sales thread's that have the same precursor's for more of the same to happen so, it will happen time and again if nothing is done. I hope the moderater's can see the same trend's and bring them to Spark, and make a new set of rule's to severly limit these problem's, as it's bad for BF and the membership here and destroy's the faith in Buying, Selling and Trading here IMO!
 
I could be wrong but I think the last 2 characters are a country of origin code. my last 4 or 5 all ended in "US" and I never paid any attention to it before that. maybe that last letter should be an S or adding US might work

I give tundratrader two days. For a refund.
If he does not return the money.
I'll go to the American Consulate.
And I will ask for help.
And I will write to the Internal Revenue Service United States.
I don `t know how else to return my money.

I don't have any personal experience with this but I'd be real surprised if the American Consulate or IRS helps out.

However, the simple fact is that you were paid to deliver an item and you have not done so.

As a seller, you are responsible to either deliver the goods or refund the money.

Had you purchased insurance(your choice, not the buyer's), you would have a claim with USPS.

+1 Insurance is for the SELLER not the buyer.If something were to go wrong,the seller makes the claim not the buyer.
I've never understood why the seller would charge the buyer extra for something that's covering their own butt?
 
So why is TT jumping the queue and getting an knife with his fireman discount and flipping for profit anyway? I am sure that is not the intention of the manufacturer.
 
Did you both agree to send it listing a lower value on the customs form?

Exactly, although I'm sure he's not the only one profiting off of a manufacturer's good intentions. It seems as though he took a chance on maximizing those profits and lost. At the very least by not insuring an international package.
 
Just tried it with an S in place of the Z on USPS and Russiapost.Guess it has been to long,does not show on either site.
